Wedding Packages

We offer something unique at Historic Oakdale Ranch, our wedding package is based on the principal:  One weekend, One wedding. The venue access to our 2 acre the pond and grass lawn, the orchard and the barn are available to you from noon to 9 pm on Friday for set-up and rehearsals (rehearsal dinner onsite is an additional fee), from 8 am to midnight on Saturday for the wedding, and from 8 am to noon on Sunday for any additional clean-up.  Below is our weekend package.  We are in the middle of working on other packages that are more inclusive for the near future.

Wedding Weekend Package Includes:

Friday -Noon to 9 pm for Set up
Saturday – 8 am to midnight
Sunday – 8 am to noon for Clean up
Access to Pond, Orchards, and Barn for Ceremony
or Reception
Bridal Suit
Groom is given access to backyard and restroom or you can
bring in up to one  RV.
Barn Curtains/ Divider as needed
White Resin Chairs
60 in round tables
White Linens and Linen Napkins (assorted color choice)
Deluxe Trailer Bathrooms,
this includes one ADA approved Portable restroom.
Other Perks: 2 barrel wash sinks, 6 wine barrels for use as tables and props, table top (used for bar, dessert table, gifts, ect), Rustic drink station table, Wine barrel Ice Chest, Table on Wheels for Gift Table, access to preferred vendor list, complimentary parking for guests, upon request the Bride entrance to Ceremony  can be in our Classic Bel Air (available for pictures with bridal party as well),
complimentary two meetings with venue event coordinator (planning/layout meeting, and final meeting a week or two prior to event), two additional staff members will be onsite for the day of event for questions, in addition to the onsite manager ( we highly recommend bringing in own day of coordinator or hiring our preferred wedding coordinator)

Required Items:

Basic Insurance to cover yourself for event (we can help you with this simple process- that most all venues require)
 License Caterer
Licensed bartender required when serving any alcohol
Licensed Day of Coordinator required

We have an outstanding group of preferred wedding professionals we work closely with at Historic Oakdale Ranch that can handle all your wedding needs.  (Although they are not required to be used.)  
We do allow you to bring in your own alcohol onsite.
We would love to set up a tour to get a chance to show you around and go into more detail about what our venue has to offer you. This is the best way to answer all your questions and help you get a better idea of what our venue can offer you.

We typically give tours Monday and Wednesday mornings at 10 am and 11 am, Thursday afternoons at 3:30 pm, and 4:30pm, and on Saturdays in the morning at either 10:30am or 11:30 am.
